What's New:

Westview's After School Art Classes had a wonderful art show! The students' hard work was very well received by everyone who saw it. Many classes took time out of their schedules this week to have an "ART WALK." I am SO proud of all of you and can't wait to see what you come up with in the future as you continue to grow as young artists!

Hickory Valley Christian School also had their amazing art show two weeks ago. And what a show it was. The work was spectacular and everyone got to enjoy it hanging for well over a week! Remember, if you didn't come by to pick up your art after school this Tuesday, it is now in the front office safely waiting for pick-up. Thanks for all your hard work. It paid off in the form of a wonderful body of work!

THE SUMMER CAMP SCHEDULE is now complete. You'll see some old favorites and some brand new camp themes. But, all camps have BRAND NEW PROJECTS, LESSONS & FUN, so even if you did a similar camp last summer and loved it, don't be afraid to choose the same theme again if it's your cup of tea, because it's ALL NEW!!!

One other thought, I've added a new blog page. Don't get too excited...I need to learn how to work it still. It's new to me. The idea is to be able to discuss current projects, what's going on and maybe to post some current work that I haven't gotten in the gallery yet. Hopefully, it won't take me too long to get all that going, but right now the focus is to finalize Summer Camp and get the registration open to everyone. Camps only allow 10 per session, so register early to get your first choice;0)

Created By ME art education develops and teaches outstanding Art Classes, Art Camps, Art Parties and Special Events for children ages 2 - 12. We teach in schools, churches and other locations. Check our schedule for a convenient location near you.

Imagination & creativity soar at every Created By ME art education program. The development of children is the focus at Created By ME . Here children are taught step by step about the creative process, while learning how to use and care for the materials. This allows them the freedom & encouragement to let go, experiment and simply create without judgment. Each class teaches something new, mixing art history, art vocabulary and various exciting materials in a fun unique way with projects that are sure to please!

Learning from the work of the masters of the past, contemporary artists and illustrators of today is a great way to teach many different styles, techniques and art forms. This also motivates children and creates that "I can do it" attitude that leads to our constant atmosphere of fun & success!

There's nothing better than the excitement & pride in children's eyes when they hold up their fabulous unique creations! This is the main motivation at Created By ME. New and exciting lessons are always being developed to provide the children the opportunity to learn about the many different aspects of the visual arts. We love helping children learn, grow and develop confidence in their own amazing creative abilities!

We teach children from age 2 to 12 in schools and other convenient community locations. After school art enrichment Classes are generally taught on site at schools, for the convenience of the children & parents.

Camps are offered during school breaks and in the summer. These sessions run for one week and enable students to delve deeper into one specific area of study. Be sure to click on our camp offerings for a more detailed look at all the fun planned for this summer!

And not to be missed are our fantastic Art Parties . Let us help you celebrate your birthday with a theme specific art party. We will come to you for your convenience or plan the event at a local community center or pizzeria. We have popular themes to choose from or will create a specific project to fit your theme and exceed your expectations. First, simply select your theme, choose one of our many projects that can become each child's take home party favor, and finally choose a location that suits you best. Let us do the rest while you enjoy your child's big event.
