Created By ME art education’s popular ART camps are weeklong summer art classes held for small groups of students in an exciting, nurturing environment. Students learn new skills, use a variety of media, and extend their understanding of art concepts. Summer ART camp curriculum differs from the school program curriculum, covering new artists and different approaches in a fun-filled theme format. Daily projects incorporate a variety of skills and techniques, with an emphasis on each child creatively expressing his or her unique ideas.

We have a variety of themes, media, dates and locations from which to choose.  The most difficult thing about summer ART camp is deciding which one or ones to attend!

What parents have said about ART camp:

“My children love art camp!  Last summer we signed up for a session and by the end of the week, they were begging for more.  They ended up attending four different sessions by summer’s end.  Each one was totally unique and the art they brought home was amazing.  We can’t wait to see what is offered next summer!”

“This was my daughter’s favorite camp last summer.  She enjoyed learning about the different cultures and making art from around the world.  She will be attending again next summer and hopes to try some of the other themes, especially Under The Sea.  She was so upset we were out of town when that one was offered.  Thanks so much for providing such a fun atmosphere for learning all about art!”

“I can’t believe what my son accomplished in one week of art camp.  He was so excited and proud of his projects.  He even spoke in front of the group at the art show on the last day, explaining all about his work.  He is usually quite shy and reserved, so this was a big and welcome surprise.”

                   * Several students chose to attend both a morning and afternoon session last summer.                                                          They simply brought a packed lunch to eat between sessions.

That option is still available this summer.

                   * Only high quality art materials are used, most of which are washable, but not always,

SO be sure to always dress for mess!

                   * There is a minimum of 6 Children needed to make a class and a maximum of 10.
